At Pilates at Sarah’s we’re a local Pilates studio that offers high quality training within a nurturing and supportive community. Feel comfortable yet challenged during your class, as you strengthen, tone and stretch, while improving balance, coordination and mobility, all in one class.
Complimentary Orientation Session
For those new to Pilates, we offer a complimentary orientation session. Our experienced instructors will take the time to assess your posture, discuss your fitness goals and go over any recent injuries you may have. They will also introduce you to the equipment and basic pilates principles. This session is open to all ages and fitness levels.
Group Reformer Classes
Our group Pilates classes are open to all, regardless of fitness level or experience. Focusing on core Pilates principles, functional movement and refining technique, these sessions suit everyone from beginners to seasoned practitioners. Our exclusive small group Reformer classes are limited to 8 participants per session.
Private Pilates Session
If you prefer a more personalised experience or enjoy working out with friends, our private Pilates classes are the ideal choice. With the exclusive use of the entire studio, you can set the pace and intensity of your workout, ensuring it perfectly matches your requirements. Enjoy customised instruction tailored specifically to your fitness goals.

What do I wear?Wear comfy clothes that allow for easy movement and make sure to bring socks. Grip socks are recommended, and you can purchase them here at the studio if you don’t have a pair.

Our 50 min classes focus on the principles of Pilates, functional movement and refining your technique. Each session is designed to be challenging yet enjoyable, helping you build strength, improve posture and increase flexibility.
